Dependency Certificate

Office of the Deputy Commissioner Saitual is the Nodal Department that is responsible for issuing of Dependency Certificate.

 

What to know?

• • Application form can be obtained from DC Office (Certificate & Aadhaar Branch at Second Floor) during office hours.
• • Rupees ₹10 will be charge for application.
• • Forms have to be fill up carefully and fill with a complete correct data and attached the necessary documents.

 

Required documents

• • Electoral Photo ID Card (Attested Copy)
• • Original Endorsement from Local Council Chairman/Secretary
• • Family Ration Card (Attested Copy)
