Income Certificate
Office of the Deputy Commissioner Saitual is the Nodal Department that is responsible for issuing of Income Certificate.
What to know?
- • Application form can be obtained from DC Office (Certificate & Aadhaar Branch at Second Floor) during office hours.
- • Rupees ₹10 will be charge for application.
- • Document Xerox copy can be self-attest if original documents are brought, if not the document should be attested by Gazetted Officer.
- • Forms have to be fill up carefully and fill with a complete correct data and attached the necessary documents.
Required documents
- • Voter’s ID (Xerox Copy), {Applicant under the age of 18 with Mother/Father ID Xerox Copy}
- • Government Employee/Service with LPC (Last Pay Certificate)
- • Non-Government Employee/Service (with Village Council recommendation letter)
- • Non-Government Employee/Service who earn more than Rs. 10,00,000/- have to provide Affidavit or Notary Public sign copy.
