Residential / Unemployment Certificate

Office of the Deputy Commissioner Saitual is the Nodal Department that is responsible for issuing of Residential/Unemployment Certificate.

 

What to know?

• • Application form can be obtained from DC Office (Certificate & Aadhaar Branch at Second Floor) during office hours.
• • Applicant below the age of 18 years will require Voter’s ID of Mother/Father.
• • Rupees ₹10 will be charge for application
• • Forms have to be fill up carefully and fill with a complete correct data and attached the necessary documents.

 

Required documents

• • Voter’s ID (Xerox Copy)
• • Endorsement from Village Council
• • Endorsement from Y.M.A.
• • Birth Certificate (for under the age of 18 and without Father Voter’s ID)
• • Recent passport size photos (not required for Unemployment applicant)
