Vision :

1. To ensure employment at the doorstep and reduce poverty.

Mission :

1. Creating self-reliance amongst the poor.
2. Promote khadi and village industries in urban and rural areas.
3. Generating skilled workers, artisans, and entrepreneurs through training under Multi-Disciplinary Training Centre (MKVIB)
4. Generating employment in rural and urban areas by setting up new self-employment ventures, projects, and micro-enterprises.
5. To ensure growth and development of MSME’s.
6. To increase the wage-earning capacity of artisans and contribute to an increase in the growth rate of rural and urban employment and economy.
7. To promote traditional items.
