Office of the Deputy Commissioner Saitual is the Nodal Department that is responsible for issuing of Schedule Tribe/Schedule Caste Certificate.

 

What to know?

• • Application form can be obtained from DC Office (Certificate & Aadhaar Branch at Second Floor) during office hours.
• • Rupees ₹10 will be charge for application.
• • Forms have to be fill up carefully and fill with a complete correct data and attached the necessary documents.

• • Recent Passport size photo
• • Countersigned of Self Declaration from President/Secretary Village Council
• • Birth Certificate
• • Front page copy of Voter’s ID(Both sides)/Aadhaar Card/Driving License/PAN Card/Pass Book
